Faced with growing complexity in project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and team management, the client identified a pressing need to empower first-time and mid-level managers to lead effectively—especially under demanding, high-pressure situations.
As the organization expanded across geographies, it became evident that many frontline and mid-tier managers had strong technical capabilities but lacked leadership confidence and the skills required to influence, develop, and retain their teams.
